話說，人妻先生之前咪話對味精敏感嘅？今日終於去左睇敏感科嘅專家（我睇完兩三次GP，終於轉介我俾佢地，歷時一年半😂😂😂）。
我坐低醫生叔叔就問我發生咩事，我話呢兩年次次出街食飯，又或者叫外賣，無論係食lunch定晚餐，總之晚上一返到屋企，就開始出風疹、全身都會很癢，有時候一星期有四、五日都是這樣。不過如果全日我在家裡自己煮又冇事，所以我懷疑是我對味精過敏。
醫生叔叔之後笑著說，味精過敏是一個myth，理論上不太存在的，人身體裡本來就有這東西。而且食物過敏的話，不太可能是下午吃了，晚上才發作。食物過敏的反應是很迅速的，能拖上幾小時，也是罕見。接下來，他說我的是很typical的例子，基本上來到他這裡的，五個人裡有四個也是這樣，這不是食物敏感，而是Chronic Idiotic…
什麼？Chronic idiotic….?!!! 我心中不禁失笑，原來弱智也會出疹是吧？(腦海中浮現Gordon Ramsay的 Idiot sandwich畫面）
醫生叔叔笑著把電腦轉給我看，原來是Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria(拿紙筆抄下）。這是一種免疫系統失調，可能是隨著入夜thyroid減少，免疫系統就好似下圖那位肥仔咁「我好興奮啊、我好興奮啊」咁引發過敏反應，基本上係不需要醫，只能夠在發病時服用抗敏藥。不過好消息是通常在一年內就會好轉，三年內就會自動消失，所以係得個等字。
當然，壓力也是一個很重要的因素，我回想起來，通常叫外賣都是因為當天很忙，沒空煮飯，如果有那個閒情逸致煮飯，自然不會有壓力了。
醫生補充了一下，如果真係好差，可以用steroid 治療，但這可能有很強的副作用… 我唔知道此steroid同不同彼steroid，記憶中有啲大隻佬靠steroid健身，搞到蛋蛋縮小… 我望一望自己，雖然我仲有好大好大嘅空間去縮（感謝我爸爸和媽媽），但男人有啲方面，真係寸土不讓，我寧願癢足五年，也不要變 #小丸子 耶…
Anyway… 咁我可以瘋狂食（味）精啦！！！

台北大縱走第一段12公里在陽明山二子坪結束，我們加入三三兩兩在草坪上曬太陽的人群，聽帶大提琴來練習的小女孩小男孩演奏。這肯定是世外桃源。
