    “I’m not good enough”

    These are the words that echo thru my head in the past. I used to be the smallest in class, the latest to blossom and ‘the loser’. It wasn’t easy because I’m always in the shadows of others, never a chance to shine.
    .
    As I got older, things begin take a turn. My hubby in particular is that one person who changed my world around. He appreciates my idiosyncrasy and embraces my outlandish behaviour. I learnt that being different is a good thing and is perfectly OK to be a next-door-ah lian
    .
    Yesterday a friend complimented that I look way younger than I am and told me when she gets to my age she wants to be like me. Sometime back, a client compliment how awesome it is for me to be living my passion.
    I really never knew I had a chance to shine in life but at this very moment I can feel those inner sparkle shining ever so brightly.
    It is true that unicorns exist in all of us ~

    什麼是體質？

    不只是皮膚病，很多疾病的病因都會提到跟體質有關係，那麼到底什麼是「體質」？

    「體質」基本上算是中醫的概念，在西醫裡比較接近的用字應該是 " Idiosyncrasy "，翻譯起來是「個人特質」，也就是每個人會有不同狀況的意思。

    至於為什麼每個人會有不一樣的狀況，追根究柢就是「基因」的關係。基因也就是我們每個人的生命密碼，在出生前就決定了。基因影響的層面很廣泛，從身高、體重、眼睛的顏色、個性，到會不會長痘痘、會不會禿頭、甚至會不會得到某些特定的癌症都有關係。
