工作內容：

Medical Research-Medical Research Scientist-安成生技(子公司)
Support both non-clinical and clinical studies in current TWiB programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for IND-enabling studies to advance the programs to clinical stage (IND and Phase 1/2). The position reports to the Head of Medical Research. Title and compensation are commensurate with experience.Responsibilities:
• Design and review non-clinical and clinical study protocols and interpret results to improve predictability of drug candidates
• Write, review and edit scientific and regulatory reports for IND filing and publication
• Provide expert knowledge and insight to facilitate development of Translational Medicine projects to IND stage
• Serve as Project Team representative/leader based on functional expertise
• Represent company to present in conferences and to communicate with KOLs
• Support Clinical Science and/or Product Development Teams to implement clinical, regulatory and business development strategies

其他條件：

-Practical knowledge and strong understanding of drug development of small molecules, and immunology/dermatology field
-Prior experience in direct support of IND filing is highly desirable
-Experiences with topical drug and rare disease are considered a plus
-Familiar with non-clinical PK/Toxicology studies, bioanalytical, and/or ADME assays
-Must be highly motivated and team player with ability to work multi-tasks with cross-functional teams in dynamic environment
-Effective communicator and excellent proficiency in both English and Chinese
-Ph.D. degree or M.D./Ph.D. degree in pharmacology or related discipline with at least 3 years of post-graduate experience in industry. Will consider post-docs with exceptional publication record from academia or M.S. degree with extensive experience in drug development
