I had a preview on 🍶sake tasting the other day but they are going to have different themes of workshop in the next 4 consecutive Sundays. Little did I know we actually have Miss 👧🏻Sake Hong Kong lol. Together with the sake expert, they introduced to us different types of sake and give us the much-needed basic knowledge about sake. TBH,I actually learnt quite a lot from the event - especially the types of sake (junmai v.s. honjozo family), 🍚rice polishing ratio and how it affects the taste of the sake, and last but not least, the right pairing with FOOD! I see that they have watercolour art jamming session, pet collar workshop, and whisky tasting.. etc - many different types of fun activities for a FUNDAY! I think I may go back for the tea 🇯🇵 tasting organised by the tea specialists from Yu Teahouse. It's easy to miss Koji in a tucked-away position at T Place (Bukit Mertajam) but if you do like a Japanese-inspired menu, this place is worth checking out. The place is accessible via a small wooden entrance next to the signage- step in the place and you will notice the open kitchen with bar seating followed by a spiral staircase which leads to the upper floor, a space with proper dining setting.
