The day they announced #p2ha, honestly, i was really disappointed. I was looking forward to finally taking Layla out after 3months of intensive filming! As it is, parents of Covid babies are already shortchanged of the experience of travelling with our bubs, not to mention, throwing Full-month, 100days or 1st birthday parties. All i wanted was to bring her to the zoo, museums, parks and enrichments classes. And even those are not happening anymore! I was sooooo disappointed!! But after that initial burst of emotions, i calmed down and thought abt it objectively. I know this is definitely for the better good. Children don't know what they are missing. They don't know theres a world outside of Singapore if they havent seen one. After i have calmed down, i truly appreciate the efficiency of what our government is doing for our country. I definitely rather #p2ha than 'natural herding'. It's definitely more important for my baby to be safe and healthy, than to see animals or art installations. Fun can be self-created! #木的小事町 近期連環爆了藝人性愛照外流、私密照散佈的新聞，木的在觀察這些事件後有一些省思，讓我們一起來思考。 歡迎右滑看圖文，或是往下看文章唷👇🏻 / 📍案例1:熊熊私密影片遭外流 前一陣子疑似藝人熊熊的私密影片外流，雖說影片到底是不是本人無法證實也毋需證實，弔詭的是，即使影片真偽尚不知，眾多網友們仍在得知了此訊息後瘋傳截圖的行為。 📍案例2:德魯納酒店13號房（以下爆雷請小心） 有看過德魯納酒店的人肯定對某位鬼客人印象深刻（沒看過的非常推薦去看）。13號房客傳聞是所有住進酒店裡的鬼中之王，終生被監禁在酒店的小房間中，尤其是男性服務生更是無法進入此房。 13號女房客的故事令人鼻酸，他同為被偷拍性侵影片的受害者，拍攝者甚至過份的將影片傳到網路社群，最後13號房客以自殺結束青春。 📍案例3:美國隊長Chris Evans誤發私密照 前陣子好萊塢巨星Chris Evans誤發個人私密照，即使秒刪，仍有大批網友截圖瘋傳，並給予具有人身攻擊的評論。 / 💡法律責任：散播他人私密照 當散播他人私密照時，有可能會觸犯刑法妨害秘密罪，除此之外仍可能觸犯其他法條，例如：散播猥褻圖片等。詳細的法律責任可自行上網搜尋唷！ 💡切勿成為助長風波者 羊群效應（Herding effect)指的是盲目的跟風行為，羊群是散亂的組織，當其中的羊有所行動，其他羊隻也會隨之起舞。 散播他人私密信息的行為便是羊群效應的反應，不假思索的隨著帶頭的人起舞，忽略了散播出去所導致的法律問題，更沒想到對他人心理可能帶來的影響。這在親密關係中常見於兩造分手後一方有所不甘，便報復性地散佈過去兩人的私密檔案，為的是要摧毀對方與滿足失落感（請看# 木的談親密關係暴力）。 網路霸凌與酸民留言的現象也是如此，還記得過去「大學生了沒」Cindy自殺的事件嗎？有太多太多的言論會發酵出巨大的殺傷力，無意的酸言酸語可能是擊垮對方的最後一根稻草。 💡「Only Yes means Yes」 現代婦女基金會 @mwf38 倡導性侵害防治的觀念從「No means No」轉換成「Only Yes means Yes」。 📚以下引自現代婦女基金會 only YES means YES強調性主動的一方有責任確認對方在「完全清醒」的狀態下「同意」性行為，而不是用「沒有說不就等於願意」的模糊態度侵犯他人。 木的認為在傳遞他人私人信息時only Yes means Yes也同樣適用，在對方尚未同意的時候，本就無權使用他人圖片或任何訊息，即使對方沒說不，或是說不的態度猶豫不決，這都不代表同意。只有當他確實表示「同意」時，此行為才能被接受。 木的希望能盡一己之力，為更多在角落裡，在關係裡曾經被如此對待的人發聲，讓我們從生活中一起觀察，練習設身處地。我們的世界或許會更好吧。 #onlyyesmeansyes #sex #私密照 #復仇式色情 #親密關係暴力 #郭玟秀諮商心理師 #黃旻諮商心理師
