在德國，
有位百歲人瑞阿嬤海瑟（Lisel Heise），
日前成功當選德國萊茵蘭—普法爾茨邦
「基希海姆博蘭登」市鎮的地方議員，
主要政見是讓當地重新開放游泳池。

德國西部小鎮「基希海姆博蘭登」
約有8000位居民，本月26日舉行議員選舉。
本就有知名度的海瑟以最高票當選議員，
開始她的政治生涯。
當地鎮長哈特穆勒（Klaus Hartmüller）說，
「她身心強壯，適合做這份工作」。
海瑟也曾強調致力於政治改變和年齡無關。

海瑟退休前是一名教師並熱愛游泳，
她決定參選的一個原因是希望致力於
推動當地重新開放2011年關閉的游泳館。
對她來說，游泳就是「長生不老藥」。

此外她還希望創建一個青少年俱樂部，
讓孩子們在那裡玩耍、娛樂、發展音樂愛好，
因為「年輕人被擠到了第二位了」。
