The second set of bento came from a Spanish restaurant that I visited several times and enjoyed it very much in Kanazawa called Respiracion. I think many people know I am huge in Spanish cuisine and Aca in Kyoto is one of the most visited restaurants I had in Japan. But there are actually quite a few very high quality Spanish restaurants around the country. Respiracion is one of them, albeit very different style from Aca. I will go over some of their dishes when I go to the best 2019 series in Japan. __ Back to the bento, I think this was probably one of the most beautiful packaged ones among the takeout I had. In hardboard black box looked very elegant a bit like fancy flower bouquet box. Each layer consisted 3-5 different kinds of dishes, they were not the ones that are usually served at the restaurant hence they were all newly designed for this takeout. _ Their signature paella was included and covered with piggies made with pickled daikon! How cute! _ And if you see in the middle of the video, the layers were covered with a plastic sheet.
