Tori Soboro Don(for 1 serving)
200 g rice
some Tori Soboro
some Kizami Nori
some spring onion
1 egg yolk
Tori Soboro(for 2 servings)
200 g ground chicken breast
50 ml water
2 tsp Hondashi(bonito soup stock)
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp mirin
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp Kobucha (tea made of powdered kelp)
1 tsp potato starch
1 tbsp water
Miso soup with Shijimi(for 2 servings)
300 g Shijimi
600 ml water
30 g +α miso
some green onion
