《美抗Delta全速開綠燈 先授權第三針再核發正式藥證》
1.即便成人疫苗單劑接種率已達到七成，美國近來面對Delta變種病毒之戰，仍打得潰不成軍，超過1.7萬張病床正在被使用，住院人數達到近半年來最高水平。美CDC周四宣布正式授權替器官移植、癌症病患等免疫功能低下者開打第三劑疫苗加強針，防疫專家佛奇甚至不排除未來某個時刻，每個人都需要施打加強針。

2.佛奇說，我們正處於流行病加速發展的新時代，群體免疫恐將成為空談。新冠病毒不像麻疹，95%接種完疫苗就不會在人際間傳染，Delta變種會持續感染已接種者，這意味著持續且廣泛地透過施打疫苗維持保護力，是阻斷病毒變異增強的唯一法寶。換言之，在開放施打第三針之後，擴大疫苗接種率的最重要步驟，是讓現有緊急授權的疫苗取得正式藥證。

新聞旁白：「今天早上ABC新聞確認，FDA預計今天將授權替免疫功能低下者進行第三劑加強針注射。CDC顧問小組預計將在周五開會，隨即由主任瓦倫斯基為此開綠燈。消息發布之際，CDC確認全美已有超過一百萬人，即使未經FDA授權，也已經接種第三針。當Delta變種在全國範圍內激增時，人們迫切希望再接種一劑(疫苗)。當全美住院人數已達六個月以來的最高水平，超過1.7萬張ICU病床正在被使用。」

比原先時程提早整整一天，美FDA宣稱，經過對現有數據的全面評估後，已正式批准替免疫力低下者注射新冠疫苗加強針。美防疫專家佛奇甚至大膽預言，雖然目前僅限全美約3%的脆弱族群，但不排除未來某個時刻，每個人都需要施打加強針。

美總統首席醫療顧問 佛奇：「對於新冠病毒，除了罹患重病的風險外，還有一種叫做長期新冠的東西，這意味著您可能會患中度至輕度疾病，病毒學上雖然康復了，但症狀仍會持續數月。這是需要認真對待的事情。這也是為什麼我們強調，我們作為一個國家有幸擁有高效疫苗的原因，甚至比我們正在使用的還要多。」

佛奇坦言，我們正處於流行病加速發展的新時代。美國過去新冠抗疫一年半，一直被病毒追著打，即便以史上最快速度催生自家三款疫苗，並透過各種手段把最多劑量留在國內，疫苗接種率始終未達群體免疫標準。眼看疫苗效力正隨時間推移而下降，越來越多研究發現，輝瑞打滿兩劑的四個月後，保護力已從最高峰的96%下滑至84%；莫德納也稱Delta變種正在完成兩劑的接種者中釀成突破性感染，無論如何都需要補打加強針。這讓官方不得不加速批准加強針，無視WHO呼籲延遲兩個月，至少先讓貧窮國家施打率拉高到10%的懇求。

美總統首席醫療顧問 佛奇：「我們必須從我們現在正在經歷的這場非同尋常的悲劇中吸取教訓，這是這個星球100多年來最糟糕的經歷。」

說穿了，美國得先求自保。當單日新增確診再度飆破十萬，重症住院人數寫下六個月來新高，美國無論社會、經濟都承受不了持續不斷的疫情海嘯。之所以率先核准器官移植等脆弱族群接種第三針，援引的是一份號稱迄今最嚴謹、發表在新英格蘭醫學期刊的人體試驗數據，稱注射莫德納疫苗第三針，可大幅提升他們的保護力。多倫多的大學醫療網絡研究人員也發現，在替120名器官移植者打滿莫德納疫苗兩劑後的兩個月，若能補打第三針，55%的人血液裡會出現大量病毒抗體，僅接種兩劑的人僅18%有相同反應，且除了抗體，接種第三劑加強針的人，還產生出更多有利於預防重症的T細胞，副作用也輕微不少。

美加州急診醫師 Dr. Darien Sutton：「(打第三針)沒有理由相信它會增加風險，但問題是好處是什麼。因為先前(兩劑)疫苗似乎還在繼續發揮作用。我看不出對一般人群有任何顯著好處，但我總是幫助人們理解 如果建議打第三劑加強針，我應該會排在第一位，因為我自己是率先接種疫苗的族群之一。」

美醫學專家：「就算數據已經完成，他們已經提交上來，安全概況看起來很棒，但事實上一般也需要花四個月以上才能完成文書審查。如今快到像你們所知道的這樣，實在讓人難以接受。」

A reliable partner for work or travel, the new Nissan Navara comes with many best-in-class technologies, including an array of Nissan Intelligent Mobility features and safety systems, making it the most advanced Navara yet.

“We packaged the new model with a full set of advanced technologies to ensure enhanced dynamic performance on- and off-road, as well as safety and comfort ushering in a new age of toughness, tech, and peace of mind,” said Ashwani Gupta, Nissan’s chief operating officer. “For our customers it means confidence, driving pleasure, practicality and pride of ownership.”
