    說白了這首歌就是如同歌名，在寫關於情緒勒索，以下關於情緒勒索的文字節錄自維基百科：「主張恐懼（Fear）、義務（Obligation）與罪惡感（Guilt）〈取其英語首字母縮寫FOG，同時有「如迷霧（fog）般」之雙關語意〉」

    老實說這首歌對我來說是非常難以面對，尤其在我媽媽突然的離世後。畢竟這首歌的背景就是出自於有時對於媽媽的愛感覺到了情緒勒索的問題，並且我意識到我非常需要一個獨自的私人空間。

    這首歌的音樂錄影帶拍攝計畫很早就訂了下來，卻在拍攝的大約前一個月，我媽突然離開了，但拍攝計畫還是必須繼續進行，我必須反覆地去聽這首歌，每一次聽都覺得心非常痛，每一次都很難不掉下眼淚，總是想著：「再多的情緒勒索都沒有關係，只要妳能回來就好。」甚至痛恨自己怎麼會寫下這種歌呢？ 在事發後的日子裡，心理狀態一直很糟糕，但得到了友人F的幫助，並且看了很多的書，才瞭解對於媽媽的愛還有需要個人空間是分開的，只是對於愛的部分，我們都在學習著怎麼去拿捏，怎麼去表示，怎麼樣才能更好的傳遞關於愛的訊息。

    當人離開的時候，好像時間過得越長，她就離得越遠。
    就算大家總是說，「我們要記得好的，要忘記壞的」但只要是關於妳的事情，我全部都想要記得，所以這首歌，就這樣如此的記錄下了我們的回憶了呢，有一天在我已經想不起來妳的聲音的時候，聽到了這首歌也許能夠想起來「對呢！就是這種感覺，我媽媽一直對我情緒勒索的感覺」。

    這邊想要聊一下說到的私人空間的事情，雖然這首歌表面看好像是否定句的負面事情，其實背後是有很大的肯定句的啊，不是說肯定著關於情緒勒索的事情，而是説因為經歷了這樣的事情，更了解自己需要什麼，看見了不同面貌的自己。

    一直很喜歡Katy Perry的《Firework》裡面，整首歌給人那種「your heart will glow」 的感覺。由於我是個個性偏彆扭的人（除了喝了酒以外），其他日常好像都滿拘謹無趣的，但當所有的燈光都關掉，只有我一個人在黑暗中，就能覺得特別自在又愉快。在黑暗中跳舞、在黑暗中唱歌，跳得再爛，唱走了音，仍覺得自己就像發光的彩色煙火一樣。很喜歡這樣子的狀態。因為是活到了不算小的年紀才找到了這樣子的狀態的，所以覺得格外珍惜，希望大家都能找到自己生命裡自由自在的“Black box”，在裡面愉快的成為Firework吧。
