《即興舞動的感知覺受》

年節期間進行了一小段一個人的旅行，在僻靜期間，做做那些能幫助自我沉澱、享受當下時刻的事，比如: 睡醒了就做瑜珈、餓了就做蔬食料理、想動了就跳舞、想練心就寫寫書法。在這個自在而不受限的空間裡，給了機會與自身親近，經驗與感受是如此美好，言詞實在難以具體形容。深感現代人實在也必須給自己一小段的時間空間，重新找回自身的光✨✨✨。

前幾天，在個人臉書PO了這一小段影片，一小段記錄自己自由舞動的時刻，雖然動作皆是基本功的呈現、少了花俏與華麗，但過程卻讓自己非常開心，也意外地得到許多朋友回饋，我覺得重點不是在於「如何去抓取別人的注意力」，而在於「讓內在能量自然流動」的感染力🙂。

前陣子讀了《Powerful and Feminine》這本書，作者Rachael Jayne Groover提到幾段文字與自己的感觸十分契合，與大家分享:

身體律動是改變情緒或能量層面最有力和最直接的方法。它也恰巧是開啟女性本質的最快方法。

這本書裡還有許多很棒的概念，之後有機會再跟大家一一分享。

身為女人，是一件很棒的事；
