霜降是秋天的最後一個節氣，已經慢慢靠近冬天了。
濕冷的秋末，突然好想喝一杯溫熱的豆漿，來暖暖身體。
我喜歡花點時間慢慢的用石磨來磨豆漿，過程是一種奢侈的享受。
不想浪費磨豆漿剩下的黃豆渣，皮膚意外的也得到了黃豆的呵護：）

The wet cold of late autumn leaves me wanting a hot cup of soy milk to warm the body.
I enjoy spending the extra bit of time using a grindstone to make soy milk, as process is a kind—or moment—of luxury and pleasure.
But let’s not waste the leftover soy pulp. Our skin can also unexpectedly reap the benefits of soy beans. ：）
