麥當勞吉祥物奶昔大哥（Grimace），紫色毛茸茸、長相超怪異，它究竟是個什麼東西？紫薯芋泥嗎？

加拿大這名在麥當勞連鎖店工作10年的經理布萊恩（Brian Bates）在接受加拿大廣播公司（CBC）訪問時，解釋了奶昔大哥的身世：「它是一個巨大的味蕾，這是為了表示麥當勞的食物真的很好吃。」

這個非官方的解釋讓奶昔大哥的身世之謎再次在推特上炸開。其實麥當勞曾於2014年在推特上拋出問題問粉絲：「你們覺得奶昔大哥是奶昔的化身還是味蕾呢？大家怎麼想？」或許奶昔大哥其實是味蕾的消息並非瞎扯。

但這個答案已讓不少人的童年崩壞，網友Miles Klee推文：「所以奶昔大哥可以嚐到自己全身的味道。」另一名網友renonezero也說：「我一直都想知道奶昔大哥到底是啥，但知道真相後我後悔了。」

網友Clifton Adcock也表示說：「理論上來說，如果我跟奶昔大哥握手，就等於它在品嘗我。」
