Vô tình trôi dạt vào quán bánh xèo nhỏ tí xíu ven đường Lê Hữu Trác, thực ra C ko thích món này lắm nhưng mà bạn nó thích nên ăn theo vậy 😅 Vậy mà cuối cùng C ăn còn phải gọi thêm :)))
Bánh xèo ở đây 10k/c, nem lụi 6k. Bọn mình gọi trc 3 bánh xèo tôm,10 cái nem lụi 😚 Bánh xèo ở đây khá là giòn, cuốn với rau, đồ chua đầy đủ ăn ngon lắm. Nem lụi cũng thơm thịt, nhưng hơi bị "điêu" chút, vì cây sả bên trong to đùng, thịt bọc mỏng 😅 Điểm mà khiến C thích nhất ở đây là tương đậu phộng cực kì ngon, không giống vs nhiều nơi C từng ăn đâu 🤔 Kiểu nó đặc hơn, thơm vs hơi beo béo 1 chút, dễ ăn lắm ý, C vừa chấm vừa húp mà con bạn trố mắt vì có bao h mình ăn mấy cái này mà hào hứng thế đâu 🤣 Ăn hết 3 bánh 2 đứa phải gọi thêm 3 cái nữa vì ngon 😅

We went to this tiny banh xeo place by a coincidence, my friend wanted to try it tho I didn't like this food much 😶 But in the end, we had to order 3 more because I ate almost all of them 🤣
1 banh xeo is 10k, nem lui (meat on lemongrass sticks) is 6k. We got 3 banh xeo, 10 nem lui. The banh xeo are pretty crunchy, tasted nice, especially when we rolled them with veggies inside the rice papers. The nem lui were nice too, but they wrapped the meat around the lemon grass so thin 😅 What we liked the most herr was the peanut sauce, it didn't taste like any of the normal ones I'd tried before 😯 Like it was more thick, aromatic and a bit richer too. I literally drenched my rolls with the sauce and my friend was so shock, cuz normally I never like these things so much 🤣 After that we had to order 3 more because they were so delicious.

Leading from the Start till about 2.5km, overtook by Hassen and Nina. Try my best to tuck behind them but got drop behind for about 10-20m as you can see at 4.2km Mark.

Was 6 seconds behind Nina and 4 seconds behind Hassen at 5km Split.

At 5.2km mark, I overtook Hassen and try my best to chase Nina. Gap between both of us like 20-30m.

At 7km mark, the gap between both of us became longer like 80 - 100m.

At 9.4km mark, the gap between both of us got even longer like 19 seconds behind like ~150m.

At the Finishing video, the gap down to 12 seconds. Nina finished in 34:06 min and I finished in 12 seconds behind her, 34:18 min.

First in Men Category, 2nd Overall after her. Wish her all the best in Tokyo 2020 Marathon!

Learnt much more about the carefulness & diligent effort to ensure ?% of the products produced

Learning gained from the soap factory visit,
1️⃣. This new ? factory in June 2019 with new ? machines which fully automated can better improved ⬆️ the services to its customers ???
2️⃣. This has reduced ⬇️ the labour work & only required for 5️⃣ operators per production schedule
3️⃣. The output now increased ⬆️ to 15k soap bars per day vs 5k soap bars per day
4️⃣. This also ensure the quality with right balance ⚖️ of soap mix of each batches of production now
5️⃣. Also now able to offer a variety of soap shapes eg. bear ? , love ? etc. & sizes with the new ? machines of having 2 plodders built-in together

Learning gained from the cosmetics factory visit,
1️⃣. A separate dedicated factory for each production line now, its staff can now more focus on a specific line
2️⃣. This improves ⬆️ the staff knowledge & understanding about the production & gain benefits in long run
3️⃣. With new ? automatic filing machine in end 2018, the output has increased to 3k bottles per day (100ml & above) & 5k to 10k bottles per day (10 to 30ml) respectively
4️⃣. This has reduced ⬇️ the labour work & only required for 2️⃣ operators (5️⃣ operators before) per production schedule

So, in a summary, automation actually reduce ⬇️ the risk of human errors in both its soap & cosmetic productions

Each batch of production will be kept a sample each in its collection in case any complaints received, they can investigate & then provide feedbacks to its customers accordingly ??? Also as a go green supporter??, she ?? is impressed with the environmental friendly of these 2️⃣ companies in their production & packaging

She ?? has been the loyal user of Tanamera MY since this year CNY gathering when she got to know this brand much better from her butterfly ? project community & started to use their bar soap ??
