Say halo to my colleagues! They are a bunch of people who rarely work out aside from two of them in he photo the rest rarely work out BUT BUT BUT they came! First baby step DONE! And they diam diam signed up a kfit account so that they could go wrk out together! I'm so proud of them! Come on they are people who rarely or never work out and they already taken the initiative to lead a healthy lifestyle! I organized a short work out with them before and just small runs and almost make them faint hahaha but look at them now I'm so proud to have colleagues like this!
