In order to prevent yourself from automatically scrolling mindlessly on social media apps, try to make creating on your phone more readily available than before.⁣ ⁣ ▶️ Have your note apps saved on your home page.⁣ ⁣ ▶️ If you prefer texting, text yourself the caption and edit it later.⁣ ⁣ ▶️ Prepare carousel templates ahead on your Canva app so that you can create whenever you need.⁣ ⁣ If you can’t resist scrolling on apps like Tiktok or Instagram, ⁣ ⁣ ▶️ hide them in a folder within a folder within folder, so that whenever you want to go to the app, you remind yourself that you’ve hid them for a reason.⁣ ⁣ Don’t get me wrong, it’s totally ok to scroll and engage on social media. Sometimes the best thing you can do is to keep on keeping on.
