前陣子看了 Phil Gaimon （一位專門幹 strava KOM的屌單車手） 的youtube
他說recovery week （恢復週） 不要少吃
以前會覺得恢復週運動少了卡路里燒的少就要少吃，但身體恢復，修復自己也需要很多能量。之前恢復週的恢復效果就不是很理想。

最近沒有少吃，體重沒有增加，重的訓練來了感覺更上一級。
何況老婆煮那麼多好吃的....不吃也會壞。
