疫情持續兩年未退，生活難免浮現負面的念頭，讓生存不易。生活與生存，兩面一體；最好與最壞，亦如是。

今次的「生活淡定卡」主要是Nanne的細心構想，她跟魚店長一樣是香港人，最近定居台灣，享受自由國度之餘，亦創辦一個正念(Mindfulness)學習平台 Mind your Mind 深心念 期盼能與香港人台灣人一起學習生活，察覺每一個心念，尋找心中的錨，使生活更能安住自在。

還有，如果大家看到這幾天詩生活的限時動態，就會發現「生活淡定卡」的主視覺是愈來愈多人喜歡的 ＃Inksundae 作品，這張圖畫是日本東京的「清澄庭園」，Inksundae把它畫得優雅恬靜，兩個人坐著嚐茶看風景，散發大自然與靈魂默默交談的詩意。

另外，詩生活的一位客人「安」，她做護理師很久了，最近開始研究精油芳香調理，她送了幾瓶給我試用，我用了已經一星期了，效果很不錯，可能是精油有加入白水晶的關係吧，我噴完身體周遭後，有感覺到內在的安定感，而且味道非常療癒。這瓶 ＃能量平衡淨化噴霧 有一點點酒精成分，所以能當乾洗手，但我覺得噴手有點浪費，我都噴身體，還有臨睡前噴睡房，讓自己比較好入眠。
