    วิธีทำ ต้มยำกุ้งน้ำข้น ให้น้ำซุปเข้มข้น สีสวย รสจัดจ้าน อร่อยซดหมดหม้อ l กินได้อร่อยด้วย

    ส่วนผสม - ต้มยำกุ้งน้ำข้น (สำหรับ 5-6 เสิร์ฟ)
    - กุ้งก้ามกราม 700 กรัม
    - เห็ดฟาง 400 กรัม
    - ตะไคร้ 70 กรัม
    - ข่า 70 กรัม
    - หอมแดง 70 กรัม
    - ใบมะกรูด 3 กรัม
    - รากผักชี 5 กรัม
    - ผักชี 15 กรัม
    - ผักชีฝรั่ง 15 กรัม
    - พริกแห้ง 10 กรัม
    - พริกขี้หนูสวน 15 กรัม
    - น้ำเปล่า 1,000 กรัม
    - น้ำมะนาว 5 ช้อนโต๊ะ
    - น้ำปลา 6 ช้อนโต๊ะ
    - น้ำพริกเผา 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
    - นมข้นจืด 120 กรัม

    Daddy wanted to share today that our little remote kampung Long Peluan, in ulu Baram Sarawak, planted 16 gensurai trees to commemorate 16 September; the trees will prevent landslides on the river banks and the fruits of the tree are the favourite food of ikan empurau

    One of our Kenyah friends shared with us:
    “A lot of that trees along the banks of Baram and tributaries have been cut down to make lesung by longhouses dwellers up to 1970s.
    These trees were planted generations ago by a local giant family. Legend has it that the giant family was melikat (angel) sent by God” ☁️
