Cardio + Abs!
Today, we will start with a cardio block and then, we move into some isometric work and Core stuff. Good for the heart, great for the mind 😊

Block (A):
▶️Sq Jump Oblique Knee: contract your abs when you pull your knee across the body. Option: Squat and Knee Crunch.
▶️Criss Cross Jacks: your option is to Squat Hold Side Tap.

Block (B):
Do your best to compete the timing with quick transitions & little rest. 30s is really quick!
.
Block (C):
A combination of base movements here, do your best to keep stable throughout. If you feel you need to rest, plank or arch hold rightaway until the rest time.

Level of training(Block C) :
🔹Basic: Complete 2 Rounds
🔹Intermediate: Complete 3 Rounds.
🔹Advanced: Complete 4 Rounds.
