To all of our valued customers: due to the latest government orders forbidding forms of exercise that include contact with others, we must inform you that our Muay Thai, boxing and traditional Thai martial arts sessions will all be socially distanced, focusing on fitness (utilizing bag work, shadowboxing etc) from now until August 16th. MMA and BJJ classes will have to be temporarily suspended unfortunately, but our Combat Strength & Conditioning, BodyFit and CrossTraining classes will all continue as normal. Additionally, please be aware that the government orders state that all people participating in our classes must be vaccinated.
