【科普文分享】大阪梅田墓看江戶時代的殮葬習俗／The Bone Room 存骨房

／／就在上個星期，一項日本的考古發現令到很多人都爲之而驚奇。根據《立場新聞》報道，日本大阪市教育委員會與一般財團法人大阪市文化協會表示位於 JR 大阪站北側再開發區的遺址内，發現 1,500 具骸骨。根據當局調查，這些骸骨來自修自江戶時代（1688–1704 年間）稱爲梅田墓的墓地。

其中，最爲大家驚訝的必定是在一系列發佈的照片當中看到不同形狀的墓坑。從相片觀察起來，有一些墓坑都是橫的仰臥 (flexed position) ，而有一些則是一個個圓形的洞坑。從相片看起來，這些洞坑裏面的骸骨都是呈現嬰兒抱膝般的姿勢 (fetal position) 。有關於江戶時期的墓葬文化研究依然處於發展階段，學者谷川章雄 (Tanigawa Akio) 對於江戶時代的墓地研究指出不同形狀的墳墓可能代表著不同社會地位 (status) 及階級，從而讓我們從中瞭解眼前的墓地主人到底是何人。／／
