Due to my combination skin, I’ve had to learn this the hard way! Some areas can end up looking too cakey and some too flakey! Might sound nice for a pastry but trust me, it’s not very nice when it’s all there for everyone to see on your visage!

I literally piled it on with the NEW Ultra HD 'fine-as-air' Setting Powder! Not only did I get a great matte and shine free look, perfect for my blush and highlighters, but everything was set and looked great for a whopping 24 hours!

A little dab with their new Velour Puff definitely went a long way and I found that the pointed tip allowed for much more precise application, into every nook and cranny of my face. 😜

Amid everything that has happened in the last few days, we hope that everyone is keeping safe and well. We wanted to share a hearty and healthy recipe with the Meatmen community as comfort food for these uncertain times.

This sweet and sour cod fillet recipe introduces nutritious cod fish to anyone's diet. Cod fish is known for its high levels of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and other minerals.

Perfect for younglings and known to some as a confinement dish. This pan fried method of cooking ensures that the fillets or cod steaks are thoroughly cooked making it extra safe for pre-, during and post-natal consumption.

Otherwise a super healthy and sumptuous dish to make for the family too - think flakey, goodness of cod with crunchy, tangy peppers!

⬇️ Ingredients here ⬇️
2 Cod fish steaks
2 tbsp Ginger juice
Salt to taste
Potato flour (for dusting)
30g Small onion (diced)
30g Small red pepper (diced)
30g Small green pepper (diced)
4 tbsp Tomatoes ketchup
2 tbsp Raw sugar
3 tbsp White vinegar
¾ tsp Dark soya sauce

製作真的超簡單方便，用平底鍋輕輕煎一下就可以！咖哩方面，就跟隨自己喜歡的咖哩食譜，親自調配辣度🍛 甚至可以買錫紙包裝好的日式即食咖喱，用滾水翻熱即可，簡直是大學生恩物🤓

For the longest time, I thought my mother was blessed with the talent of creating #RotiParatha at home. It was later on when I realised how easily purchasable these frozen goodies are from any local supermarket😧 Nonetheless, to me, mom is still a spectacular cook😆
It’s almost my natural instinct to pair curry with Spring Home Roti Paratha🍛 The flakey, buttery layers compliment just almost any curry😍 I sometimes even get pre-cooked Japanese-style curry (the ones you simply throw in boiling water to reheat), perfect even for the laziest college student🤓

We just got back from Vietnam where went crazy eating vegan Vietnamese food, once you get past the language barrier, you realize it’s the perfect country for vegans to visit. One thing we ate over and over were these amazing spring rolls, grilled to a flaky perfection and served with a mountain of vegetables. Of course as soon as we were back in Bangkok, Tae went to the kitchen studio and made his own version.

Ingredients
Rice paper wrappers http://amzn.to/2jygy21
¼ Head of medium cabbage
3 cups of Mixed Mushrooms (any kind of mushrooms)
1 cup of soaked glass noodle
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
3 Tablespoons of mushroom sauce
1 Tablespoon of black soy sauce (not necessary)

1. Slice up all the vegetables nice and small.
2. Pan fry the veggies together with the glass noodles. Slowly season and taste as you go.
3. Lay out the spring roll wrappers, use your fingers to lightly wet each one (don’t soak in water), spoon the results of the previous step into the center and fold into a square.
4. Grill each square until flakey and juicy.
5. Serve.
6. Impress your guests.
7. Make everyone jealous at the potluck :)
