嗨嗨大家，前陣子在PTT的Salary版上看到有篇討論「某賣場定期契約的徵才陷阱」的文章，大概是在說新進員工在剛到職時需簽訂三個月的定期契約，並且同時為試用期，假如任職將近三個月後公司不想續聘的話就得直接離職而且不給資遣費與其他權益。姑且不論該文章所述的狀況是否為真實（推），但在該篇文章的推文中有不少人認為公司並沒違法，而是勞工自己沒看清楚合約就簽名，但事實真的是如此嗎？我們就來說說我們的看法，並再次跟大家分享有關定期契約與試用期的概念與迷思～
