各1人分

材料：
トースト 1枚
アボカド 1/2個
塩・コショウ 少々
トマト（スライス）2枚
レタス（細切り）1枚

作り方
1. ボウルにアボカドを入れてつぶし、塩・コショウをふって混ぜる。
2. トーストに(1) を塗って、トマト、レタス、ベーコンをのせたら、完成！

スパイシー・エッグ
材料：

アボカド 1/2個
塩・コショウ 少々
目玉焼き 1枚
シラチャーソース 適量
作り方
1. ボウルにアボカドを入れてつぶし、塩・コショウをふって混ぜる。
2. トーストに(1) を塗って目玉焼きをのせ、塩・コショウをふってシラチャーソースをかけたら、完成！

カプレーゼ
材料：
トースト 1枚
アボカド 1/2個
塩・コショウ 少々

モッツァレラチーズ（スライス）適量
バジル ひとつまみ
作り方
1. ボウルにアボカドを入れてつぶし、塩・コショウをふって混ぜる。
2. トーストに(1) を塗ってトマトとモッツァレラチーズをのせ、ちぎったバジルを散らしたら、完成！

ジェノバ＆チーズ
材料：
トースト 1枚
アボカド（スライス）1/2個
ジェノバソース 大さじ2
パルメザンチーズ（スライス）適量
作り方
1. トーストにジェノバソースを塗る。
2. アボカドとパルメザンチーズをのせたら、完成！

アボカド・ローズ
材料：
トースト 1枚
アボカド 1/2個
いちご（スライス）2枚
作り方：
1. アボカドは縦に置いて斜めに極薄切りにする。少しずつずらしながら一直線になるように広げて、端から巻いてローズのように形を作る。
2. トーストに(1)をのせて、いちごを飾ったら、完成！

2 sheets tomato (sliced)
1 lettuce leaf (shredded)

PREPARATION
1. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
2. Spread avocado (1) onto the toast. Top with tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon.
3. Enjoy!

Spicy eggs
INGREDIENTS
1 slice of bread (toasted)
1/2 avocado
Some salt and pepper
1 egg (sunny-side-up)
Some sriracha sauce

PREPARATION
1. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
2. Spread avocado (1) onto the toast. Place the sunny-side-up egg on top. Put some salt, pepper, and sriracha.
3.Enjoy!

Caprese
INGREDIENTS
1 slice of bread (toasted)
1/2 avocado
Some salt and pepper
2 sheets (sliced)
Some mozzarella (sliced)
Some basil

PREPARATION
1. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
2. Spread avocado (1) onto the toast. Place tomatoes and mozzarella. Top with some basil.

Pesto & cheese
INGREDIENTS
1 slice of bread (toasted)
1/2 avocado (sliced)
2 tablespoons pesto
Some parmesan (sliced)

PREPARATION
1. Spread pesto over the toast.
2. Put sliced avocado and parmesan on top.
3.Enjoy!


Avocado rose
INGREDIENTS
1 slice of bread (toasted)
1/2 avocado
2 sheets strawberry (sliced)

PREPARATION
1. Slice the avocado thinly. Fan out avocado slices to form a long line and curl to make a rose.
2. Place the avocado rose (1) on the toast. Top with sliced strawberry.
3. Enjoy!
