Taiwanese author, poet and art historian Chiang Xun (蒋勳) described the wrap as a sort of invisibility cloak, rendering the monument a seemingly sudden and temporary disappearance. This vanishing has in actual fact, significantly highlighted the impact of the relationship between our environment and us.

The Mayor of Paris (Anne Hidalgo) saw it as a tribute to creation and artistic freedom. This is a country that demonstrates great commitment to artists and their #contemporaryart.

Each interpretation is legitimate. The result is that living here, we are hence “forced” to contemplate on the ephemerality and fluidity of time.

As I admire Christo and Jeanne-Claude Official ‘s art in the rain and wind, evidently all the more ignorant and small in the face of nature and artistry. There is nothing left for me to do but dance.

Hi guys! I know it's been a long while since my last vlog. I consolidated all that happened in the months of Jan, Feb & March (first quarter of the year)!
Time has flown by so quickly!!!!

At the beginning of 2019, we were still clueless about the gender of our baby.
I've recently revealed in another video that I will be expecting a little baby boy and I cannot be more excited for him to enter into this world!

The second trimester has been quite a breeze for me and I have now entered my third trimester. As you can tell, work has evidently taken the front seat and we have been putting off all the necessary preparations. We started looking out for the bigger items (like main furniture) in our baby's nursery, but we still haven't had all the pieces of the jig-saw put together yet.

I will definitely share with you our progress along the way, we have barely 2 months to go to get our sh*t together! Stay tuned for more in another upcoming vlog (ft. all that went on in the month of April)! I promise you it's going to be eventful!

- Who knew koi were farmed in the mountains? The city Ojiya in Niigata gets completely frozen over in winter, but evidently koi are fine with that! These nishikigoi here in Niigata are apparently the original koi that all Japanese koi fish were bred from.
