In meditation, I reflected on times I was courageous and also opened my heart and mind to welcome future acts of courage. I demonstrate courage by choosing to open my own yoga studio. I demonstrate courage by sitting in solitude and quiet to listen to my mind and body. I demonstrate courage by sharing my thoughts and dreams with loved ones. I demonstrate courage by mothering my children. I demonstrate courage by smiling at strangers and reaching out to friends for support. I demonstrate courage by asking for help. I encourage you to reflect on all the ways courage is present in your life. No act is too small.
