過去一整年英國因為疫情影響，很多的大學生的被迫採線上的學習課程，海外的留學生被迫延遲來英國唸書的計畫

胎胎最近接待了一位台灣來的學生，本來是去年就要來我們這唸書，但是因為去年的這個時候英國還在水深火熱中，一直到現在一切恢復正常後才順利如期出發

這1-2週的確可以明顯感受到大學生、海外留學生都回籠了

連市中心的大型購物商場為了討好學生，提高一下零售業的買氣，還特地為學生舉辦了學生夜，凡憑學生證購物可以打8折，還有免費的可樂、爆米花、棉花糖、冰淇淋等等可以享用

胎胎覺得能在英國當學生真的是一件很幸福的事

平時任何購物（超市除外），只要出示學生證也會有額外的折扣呢！！！

英國目前以朝向解封的目標前進

因此英國將於10月4日起實施新疫苗政策邊境管理之影響與建議

不再區分紅色、橙黃色與綠色國家，而是直接區分為紅色國家與來自非紅色國家的旅客二種分類。

從 10 月 4 日星期一凌晨 4 點開始，如果已完全接種疫苗至少 14 天，且在英國、歐洲、美國或英國海外疫苗計劃中獲得批准的疫苗接種計劃。
來自澳洲、安提瓜、巴布達、巴巴多斯、巴林、文萊、加拿大、多米尼加、以色列、日本、科威特、馬來西亞、新西蘭、卡塔爾、沙特阿拉伯、新加坡、韓國或 ✅臺灣公共衛生機構的完整療程，疫苗包含：AZ、輝瑞 BioNTech、Moderna 或 Janssen ，上述的兩劑疫苗之間的混打也可認可。

若已施打兩劑疫苗，將不必在前往英國前先備妥Covid-19陰性報告，但仍要預訂好第2天COVID-19測試及抵達英國前48小時內填寫乘客定位表（Passenger locator form），及抵達後第2天進行COVID-19測試。

必須能夠使用來自國家或州級公共衛生機構的文件（電子版或紙張版）證明已完全接種疫苗（加上 14 天），其中至少包括：完整名字、出生日期、疫苗品牌和製造商、每劑疫苗接種日期、國家或地區疫苗證明。

🗣️若未能配合上述規定，在前往英國之前必須：

準備出發前3天內進行的 COVID-19 測試、預訂並支付在抵達英國後第2天和第8天的 COVID-19 測試費用、抵達英國前48小時內填寫乘客定位表（Passenger locator form）。

抵達英國後必須：在家或居住的地方隔離10天、第2天和第8天進行COVID-19測試。

目前台灣是被英國列為綠色觀查名單，適用綠色國家規範，不必隔離，僅需於抵英第2日做 COVID-19 測試，✅不過在10月4日之後，若未能完成兩劑接種之我國旅客，將需隔離10天，且在第2天和第8天進行COVID-19測試

英國政府目前僅認可AZ、輝瑞BioNTech、Moderna或 Janssen 等4種疫苗，請留意。
