男人最怕點滴尿？
身為男人，你認為小便射程遠近與性能力有關嗎？答案是絕無關係！小便射程遠近與膀胱及尿道的功能狀態有關，但如果出現點滴尿就要注意是否前列腺問題。隨着年紀增長，位於膀胱下的前列腺會自然增生，壓迫膀胱與尿道，令排尿異常而出現尿頻、小便不順暢、排尿無力、斷續而出、夜尿次數增加甚至尿不出等情況。
中醫理論認為前列腺肥大主要由氣滯、痰濕、濕熱等濕重狀況引起，水濕運化不暢，阻塞膀胱及尿道，如伴隨胸悶、胃口差、尿頻但尿量少而黃，宜行氣利尿清熱；如伴隨症狀為神疲乏力、怕冷、腰膝酸軟、尿頻但尿量少等，則要益腎溫陽利水。
男士步入中年，應預防前列腺問題，平日積極養生可未病先防：飲食宜清淡、少生冷及辛辣刺激；多走動，因為久坐會令前列腺長期受壓；適量進食養腎食物如夕米水、淮山、何首烏、枸杞、栗子、腰果等。

補腎緩解尿頻茶療：小紅莓桑椹蓮子茶
功效：疏肝補腎，紓緩抑鬱情緒、心神不寧、尿頻等症狀。
材料：小紅莓4-5粒、桑椹9克、枸杞子9克、蓮子20克
做法：材料洗淨，加入1000毫升水，武火煮滾後轉文火煮20分鐘，可倒入保溫瓶反覆沖泡至味淡。建議連續飲用1-2天。

Men worried about after-dribble?

Do you think the strength of the urinary stream in men has to do with their sexual prowess? The answer is no, because the strength of the urinary stream is closely associated with the functions of the bladder and urethra. If after-dribble occurs, then we need to pay attention to the prostate.

As we age, the prostate, which is located beneath the bladder, will elongate and press against the bladder and urethra. Upon entering middle age, men should take good care of their health whether they have a prostate problem or not. Since prevention is better than cure, have lighter diets and avoid consuming raw and cold food and beverages. Go for a brisk walk regularly as sitting for long hours can extra pressure on the prostate gland. Consume an appropriate amount of ingredients that can nourish the kidneys such as dusk rice water, Chinese yam, Polygonum multiflorum (‘he shou wu’), wolfberry, chestnut, and cashew nut.

Tea to soothe frequent urination and replenish the kidneys:
Cranberry and mulberry tea with lotus seeds

Effects: Soothes the liver and replenishes the kidneys. Relieves depression, restlessness, and frequent urination.

Ingredients: 4-5 cranberries, 9g mulberry, 9g wolfberries, 20g lotus seeds

Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with 1000ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. This tea can be re-brewed until its flavour weakens. Drink consecutively for 1-2 days for best results.

Effects: remedy to frequent late nights, improve hair quality and nourish kidneys, relieve sore lower back

多吃豬腳可以豐胸！！！🐷

這則鬼話是粉絲提供的，我本人其實沒聽過，
我只聽過人家說坐月子的時候要吃豬腳幫助泌乳。
（到底可否幫助泌乳又是另外一件事了，本篇不討論）

🐷🐷🐷豬腳的營養成分🐷🐷🐷

這邊指的豬腳我原本猜是豬蹄膀，而不是豬腳肉，
因為謠傳內容中可以豐胸的主要跟脂肪以及膠原蛋白有關。
有麵粉則留言提到：月子餐用的花生豬腳湯通常用的是豬前蹄，
所以讓我們來看看100公克豬蹄膀跟豬前腳的營養成分：

豬蹄膀：
熱量：331大卡
蛋白質：17.1公克
脂質：28.6公克
碳水化合物：0公克

在豆魚蛋肉類中，豬蹄膀的脂質含量是名列前茅的！
無庸置疑豬蹄膀是屬於高脂肪蛋白質，
熱量當然也是名列前茅的......
所以能不能讓胸部豐滿我不確定，
但多吃的話全身會都會豐滿是一定的！

再來看看每100公克豬前腳的營養價值：
熱量：252大卡
蛋白質：21.9公克
脂質：17.6公克
碳水化合物：0公克

比起來豬前腳屬於中脂肪蛋白質，比豬蹄膀好多了。

🧐🧐🧐為什麼認為豬腳可以幫助豐胸？🧐🧐🧐

坊間認為豬腳可以幫助豐胸的原因不外乎以下兩個：

1. 因為豬腳脂肪多
解析：
女性的乳房的確有一大部分是由脂肪細胞組成，
認為豬腳脂肪含量高就可以豐胸是很直觀的想法。
但是！！！
如果是這樣的話，那為什麼不直接喝油就好了？
豬腳的脂肪有比較厲害嗎？

當然沒有！！！

而且豬腳的脂肪有一大部分是飽和脂肪，
吃多了對心血管實在不健康。
再者，怎麼保證豬腳裡面的豬油就只會跑到胸部儲存？
油脂很有可能堆積在腹部、臀部、大腿等妳不想要它去的地方。

2. 因為豬腳有膠原蛋白
解析：
膠原蛋白是一個很大的分子，
我們吃了膠原蛋白之後，
膠原蛋白會被人體的胃蛋白酶；胰蛋白酶素分解，
最終成為三胜肽、雙胜肽及胺基酸才會被小腸吸收，
一般認為最後在血液循環中的形式是游離胺基酸。
因此不像大多人想像的，
吃膠原蛋白，膠原蛋白就會維持原狀抵達想要的地方。
在血液循環中的並不是完整的膠原蛋白，
而是已經被分解後的胺基酸，
而這些胺基酸會不會到達你想要的地方再去合成膠原蛋白？
這件事情就更不可考了。
何況豬腳裡的膠原蛋白遠不及脂肪的含量..........

♥♥♥結論♥♥♥

多吃豬腳可以豐胸是沒有科學證據支持的，
事實上坊間很多宣稱可以豐胸的產品目前也沒有科學證據支持，
在學術搜尋以：breast enlargement, food, nutrition作為關鍵字搜尋，

查不到任何文獻！

我年輕時也曾經相信過喝XXXXXX可以豐胸的講法，
也買了好多來喝（大家自行腦補是什麼產品），
在我個人身上證明了根本沒有效🤣🤣🤣
雖然n=1不能代表甚麼，
但就是我自身的經驗，所以提供給大家參考。

妳可能會說：可是某某某吃了看起來很有效啊！
大家可以回想一下國中理化的第一個單元，
如果要確定是吃了某樣東西達到的效果，
那麼只能改變一個變因，其他的變因都必須保持固定。
所以妳現在看到她的身材很好，雖然是正向結果，
但不一定就是特定產品造成的結果，
除了最大的影響：基因以外，
在她發育時期可能還有其他很多影響的因素，
造成現在她的身材很好。

基本上過了發育時期以後要二次發育是不太可能的事情，
胸部的大小還是跟基因比較有關，
發育期的營養狀況或許會有影響，
不過以現在台灣的經濟發展條件，
大部分的青少年不太會有營養不均衡的狀況發生，
反而蠻多還要擔心營養過剩呢！

阿不過，如果覺得"我就是錢多！""有喝有保庇！"
那我也是無法阻止妳的XD
