Pabrai 最近的演講都是同一個主題，2020 年他從閱讀 Nick Sleep 的信中學到的事：要買成長，然後不要賣出

這是這個主題講得最詳細的一場演講，提出他目前的框架，他把成長分成五類：Adjacent、Embryonic、Cloner、Non-Adjacent、Apex

過去半年自己也根據一個框架去分析成長，也正在思考怎樣找出這樣的成長，而 Pabrai 也提出他尋找成長的方法

學生的問題也很有水準（Pabrai 一開頭就說北大是他遇過水準最高的一群學生，我以為是奉承的話，但有些問題真的頗有深度，雖然可能是因為這場他也講得比較詳細的原因）

第三產程
過往以為胎盤與子宮的剝離，是因為胎盤與子宮壁之間產生血凝塊，而開始剝落。超音波檢查發現，那是因為以往的生產處置常規，都會在寶寶出生後立即夾住臍帶，讓這些原本要流回寶寶身上的血沒有流出，反而逆向變成血塊積著，也影響了子宮的收縮。若讓臍帶血「順向」流回寶寶身上，胎盤體積縮小，更有利於子宮肌肉層的收縮，讓胎盤與子宮順利分開。這樣「順勢」的作法，胎盤與子宮壁完全分離的時間只需3分鐘，而第三產程的平均時間是6分鐘。若胎盤附著位置在子宮底，第三產程時間較短，若是在子宮前壁，可能需要多花一點時間。跟兩傳老師合作以來，從身體結構看胎盤著床的位置，若母親身體結構是正的，子宮沒有扭轉張力，胎盤大抵會在子宮底的位置。在第一孕期，若胎盤在前壁或後壁相對低的位置，要去尋找身體張力來源，趁20周之前把身體結構還原，胎盤都還有機會「移動」到較理想的位置，生產也會更安全。至於胎盤在前壁或後壁不在子宮底，子宮張力的來源尋找，就需要更多案例的累積了。
