【英文學術論文中的「平行結構」：either/or不能比較超過兩個東西？】

學術論文中，字詞可以使用相關連接詞連在一起，如either/or、neither/nor、not/but、not only/but also、both/and等。這些連接詞組可以強化重點，

不過，像是We measured either body weight, body height, or BMI of each participant就是錯的，因為相關連接詞比較了超過兩個東西。想比較超過三個東西，則要進入平行列表的環節：

Him and his crew put an incredible amount of time and effort into the shooting and editing of this short film, and it was all shot in 4K ~ so super high definition 🙌🏻 In addition, a huge thanks goes out to our male lead @kakisham and female lead @tamsyin for starring in this project. They’re acting was just superb 👌🏻 ~ incredibly sweet, yet very touching at times, and they both shared such great onscreen chemistry. I’m so grateful you guys are part of it. Hope you're all well, hope you guys enjoy this video sharing my thoughts on 3 of my latest handbag purchases. I am quite late onto the bandwagon on a couple of these bags, but nonetheless, have been enjoying them soooo much.

Also got multiple requests to share a popcorn salmon recipe my mom taught me when we were back in Hanoi. It's super easy and soooo tasty... for the non-seafood eaters (who don't like the texture, smell etc....) this might work for you as I don't eat any seafood either. Or if you love seafood then this is such an easy snack to make!

深色麵糊
2 顆 蛋 
50 g 糖 
2 湯匙 溫水 
50 g 麵粉
1/4 茶匙 泡打粉 
10 g 可可粉 

淺色麵糊
2 顆 蛋 
50 g 糖 
2 湯匙 溫水 
60 g 麵粉
1/4 茶匙 泡打粉 
5 g 萊姆皮

深色蛋糕外表
200 g 巧克力
100 g 溫鮮奶油 

淺色蛋糕外表
60 g 奶油乳酪 
125 g 糖粉 
150 g 鮮奶油
1 湯匙 食用色素 

裝飾部分 
巧克力片 
3 顆 巧克力松露  
3 顆 萊姆
萊姆皮 

作法
1.) 拿出兩個碗，將糖、雞蛋、溫水麵粉和泡打粉混合攪拌。其中一份加入可可粉，另一份則是萊姆皮。各自加好後，將兩碗的內容物再次混合攪拌，直到形成兩個光滑的麵糊。
2.) 拿出一大張鋁箔紙，將其折疊幾次，使其形成細長的條狀。將此條狀的鋁箔紙放在烤盤中間，將烤盤分成兩個尺寸大致相同的區域。
3.) 將兩種顏色的麵糊，分別倒入烤盤內，放進175度烤箱40分鐘。
4.) 等待的期間，將巧克力和溫鮮奶油攪拌，直到產生均勻的巧克力奶油醬。第二碗則是將糖粉、奶油奶酪、鮮奶油和萊姆汁混合一起攪拌。同樣的，直到產生均勻的奶油。
5.) 將烤好冷卻的蛋糕表面，切一塊。
6.) 用巧克力奶油醬覆蓋深色蛋糕的外層，然後用巧克力碎片和巧克力松露裝飾。另一邊的蛋糕塗上萊姆奶油醬，並用萊姆片和萊姆皮裝飾。
