Yesterday was my birthday! 🎊🎉🤩 and as is tradition, I have a humble request. Tell me one thing you did in the past year that improved your life. 雖然痛苦多過於快樂，但我沒有後悔過，我反而很感恩那段感情，因爲她讓我更成熟，更歷練。

感情，不過是生命的一個過程。要經歷過這個過程，我們才會成長。

想想看，吾那段感情如果成功，今天如何會有玳瑚師父呢？以吾對感情如此的執著，跟憧憬，吾一定會是個以家庭为重的男人，多過於是個師父，更不可能廿多年來，給眾生這麼多的時間，因爲女方一定不允許。

情感，是我們生命中的一部份而已。

它豐富我們的人生閱歷。祇要付出過，專一過，那結局已經不是在我們控制的範圍裡面，因爲人與人之間，必竟是有因有果的。

我們應該繼續爲人生開創另一個高峰。

而且還有爸爸媽媽養育之恩還沒有報，所以因此不要有一種想不開的念頭。

每一段愛情當中，會增加我們的感情成熟度，到了將來若有因緣組織家庭的時候，應該更能夠勝任。

婚姻是婚姻，妳你是妳你。不要因爲婚姻，而迷失自己，也不要因爲婚姻，和自己的自私，而讓妳你真心愛的人迷失。
