THIS IS HER.  I come from a humble little village in Ipoh. I lived on a street with neighbors from all walks of the simple life. The family next to me sold beansprouts at the wet market, the uncle opposite us harvested fishes, and the lady down the road would sell random food that she makes weekly. My life was simple and that was all I knew. I grew up with very little. I didn't need much to be happy but I knew something was amiss. I loved the life I was blessed with but I also knew that there's so much more I can do out there in the world 🌍 As soon as I turned 18, I left my little town and started a new life here in Kuala Lumpur.  10 years later, here I am now, doing what I love although admist a pandemic. I used to struggle with identifying myself with the work that I do. Simply because I do so many things that I find it hard to explain to people (especially family members) that I do not have a conventional job. I am nothing my family ever expected me to be, yet I am so much more than their expectations and I wanted to be proud of that ♥️ I think now more than ever, jobs are scarce and here’s a reminder that we don’t need to be defined by just that ONE thing that we do. Expand, explore & step out of your comfort zone no matter how scary it may be. My night skincare routine @cuuraofficial @thecuuragroup . Step 1 cleanse ( i use squalane cleanser at night supaya i buang all dirt and debris properly ) Step 2 : Rose Mist as a hydrating toner ( this has niacinamide and vitamin E ) Step 3 : boost serum ( hydrating n plumping serum ) Step 4: vitamin potion serum ( i use this at night) - repairs lines, brightens skin, scars and uneven skin tone Step 5: beauty sleep night cream ( i usually mix with pure beauty oil ) but malam ni i buat Step 5: sleeping mask ( 2x a week ) . Consistency is key, u cant get the perfect skin instantly but aim for healthy skin, i do get acne esp now since pakai contraception every 2 weeks keluar, but it doesnt leave a nasty scar and i keep it controlled, once u establish a routine, dia akan jd habit xkan malas dah

It's been a couple of months now that I started applying mindful eating & honestly it helped me to understand emotional eating vs mindful eating. I never knew mindful eating could make a huuuuggge difference in my emotions. Esp now that we are mostly at home due to lockdown, it's very important to not eat on autopilot mode / multitask while eating (scrolling instagram or watch a movie while u eat). One valuable lesson I learned from #mindfuleating is to taste every bite i take and enjoy the taste that goes into my mouth. Why? Cause paying attention to my food, on purpose, moment by moment, without judgment) is an approach to food that focuses on my sensual awareness of the food and their experience of the food. 🚫 DONT mistaken mindful eating to eating sweet stuff or dieting! NO. It has little to do with calories, carbohydrates, fat, or protein. Mindful eating is a technique that helps you gain control over your eating habits.
