    - The placement of mirrors at the lobbies, esp at towers with high floors, can help to fix perceptions while waiting for an elevator to arrive. It has something to deal with your patience, very well!
    - While in the elevator itself, it helps someone in a wheelchair to back in or out of the lift safely without having to turn.
    - Also, it helps reduce anxiety. It adds a sense of more space to an elevator, making it feel less cramped/being breathlessly trapped.

    However, there are exceptions in certain hospitals. The reason of having no mirror in the elevator/lift, is to avoid patients seeing their sad or tired or sick faces there and then negativities grow. #love #awesomedeneh.

    Let me explain this photo, for all the mummies out there who have experienced morning sickness, you would know that it attacks you anytime of the day. With this pregnancy it was pretty serious the first 10-11 weeks esp at night. Saline crackers are great to relieve nauseousness when you have negative appetite. @chanjason_ made a box of bite size crackers for me, ready on my bedside table so I could reach and have some before bed or in the morning to feel better... ❤️#lifesaver
