    KEPAK AYAM YOGURT AIRFRY

    Bahan-bahan:

    8 keping kepak ayam dipotong dua menjadi drumette & wingette
    2 inc halia diparut/kisar
    2 ulas bawang putih diparut/kisar
    2 1/2 sdm yogurt asli / mayonis
    1 sdm sos lada hitam
    1 sdm sos tiram
    1 sdm kicap pekat
    1 sdm madu
    1 sdm minyak masak / butter
    1/2 sdk herba kegemaran (akk guna thyme)
    1/2 sdk serbuk cili
    1/2 sdk garam

    Cara-cara:
    1. Perap kepak ayam dengan bahan2 diatas selama 1 jam atau seeloknya semalaman
    2. Panaskan airfryer pada suhu 160c & airfry kepak ayam selama 15minit. Balikkan ayam, naikkan suhu ke 180c dan airfry lagi selama 8-10min atau hingga nampak sedikit garing
    3. Hidangkan bersama sos kegemaran, untuk oven bakar pd suhu 180c selama 30min atau hingga masak.

    📌買Bell'Rock Combi9件式複合鍋組

    材料:
    中節翅 8支 Chicken drumette 8
    辣椒 10克 chili pepper 10g
    薑 15克 ginger 15g
    蔥 20克 scallion 20g
    可樂 150毫升 coke 150ml
    醬油 30毫升 soy sauce 30ml
    米酒 2大匙 cooking rice wine 2tbsp.

    做法:
    1.把辣椒切段、薑切片、蔥切段後備用。
    2.用紙巾將中節翅表面多餘的水分吸乾。(煎雞翅才不會油爆)
    3.將中截翅放入熱鍋中煎至兩面微焦，放入辣椒、薑和蔥炒香。 (雞翅底層反白即可翻面)
    4.依序加入米酒、醬油和可樂煮滾後轉小火。(可樂能軟化肉質 燒出漂亮的醬色)
    5.燒到醬汁收乾即可。
