#ファミリーソフトが発売した、68用横スクロールACT作('94年)からのMD移植版。コロンバスサークルが開発、発売を行った。
当時MD版は68版と同時期に開発こそ進められてはいたものの、ROM価格の高騰により未完成のまま発売中止になった。
その後オペラハウスが社外からMD版の試作ROMを発掘、当時の開発担当の今泉正稔氏監修のもと、たけがみりう氏ら復刻有志メンバーにより晴れて日の目を見ることとなった。

MD版の主な変更点としては、背景の人々や自動車の削除等。

BGMは68版作曲の与猶氏が編曲、移植のコンセプトが"ゲーム性および音（SE・BGM）の精度を高める事を最優先として仕上げる"であるがゆえ、一切手抜きのないクオリティに編曲されている。
