〈龍藏經〉小檔案【The Kangxi Kangyur】
The Tibetan Dragon Canon (Zangwen Longzangjing), or simply the Kangxi Kangyuris a Tibetan-script translation of Buddhist canon consisting of sūtras and monastic codes (the word kangyur means literally "the translation of the Buddha's words"). The compilation was commissioned by the Grand Empress Dowager Xiaozhuang, grandmother of Emperor Kangxi.

磁青紙、泥金；木板、金、彩繪，鑲嵌寶石
每張經葉縱 33 cm, 橫 87.5 cm
Completed in the 8th year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi of Qing (1669)
Gold ink on indigo paper; Wood boards with gold and pigment, inlaid with gems
Page size: H 33 cm x W 87.5 cm
此部寫本「甘珠爾」為清聖祖康熙皇帝之祖母孝莊太皇太后博爾濟吉特氏布木布泰於康熙六年（1667）下詔開始抄寫，康熙八年（1669）完成，過去供奉於咸若館，是清宮刊寫多部「甘珠爾」中最精美、也最受矚目的作品。每函依其內容含經葉約三百至五百餘葉不等，皆以泥金書寫藏文於特製藍紙（mthingshog）上。
※「甘珠爾」意為「佛語之譯」
The Tibetan Dragon Sutra: Imperial Manuscript Copy in Gold Ink, which is housed in the collections of the National Palace Museum. This classic Tibetan Buddhist sutra was completed during the Kangxi reign in the Qing Dynasty, and not only has immense religious significance, but also has extremely high artistic value.

Thiết kế này được may dành cho bộ phim ‘Quỳnh Hoa Nhất Dạ’ (sắp ra mắt công chúng), khắc hoạ chân dung Thái hậu Dương Vân Nga của triều đại nhà Đinh (968 – 980). Trang phục được thực hiện dựa trên kết cấu áo Giao Lĩnh thời Tiền Lê (980 – 1009) - một bộ áo gồm nhiều thân, có cổ bắt chéo. Mang ảnh hưởng từ Hán phục của người Trung Hoa, áo Giao Lĩnh mang nhiều nét tương đồng với ‘hakama’ của người Nhật và ‘hanbok’ của người Hàn. Phụ kiện đi kèm mẫu thiết kế này được sáng tạo dựa trên mô típ hoạ tiết thời Lê, thường thấy ở các đền chùa khắp Việt Nam. Đồng thời, hoạ tiết hoa sen và hoa quỳnh cũng xuất hiện trên trang phục. Tương truyền rằng khi Dương Vân Nga được sinh ra, hoa quỳnh nở suốt đêm trong gia viên của bà, báo điềm lành.

This costume has been designed for the film, ‘Quỳnh Hoa Nhất Dạ' (forthcoming release), a biopic of Dương Vân Nga, Empress Dowager of the Đinh Dynasty (AD 968 – 980). The costume is based on the Giao Lĩnh dress of the early Lê Dynasty (980-1009). The Giao Lĩnh consisted of multiple long flaps with a cross collared neck. The gown was influenced by the Chinese ‘hanfu’ dress and has many similarities with the Japanese ‘hakama’ and the Korean ‘hanbok’. Accessories for the dress were based on motifs of the Lê Dynasty and can be found in temples and pagodas across Vietnam, such as the lotus and the ‘Queen of the Night’ flower (according to the legend of Dương Vân Nga, on the night she was born, the ‘Queen of The Night’ flowers bloomed all night throughout her family’s garden symbolising good luck).
