兒童新冠肺炎疫苗的進展

前兩天在門診的時候，有父母詢問我關於兒童新冠肺炎疫苗的進展，「是不是只有輝瑞BNT, 有在進行兒童疫苗的實驗呢？那其他疫苗呢？」

我之前有提過輝瑞pfizer biontech 的BNT(就是台積電和鴻海代為購買的那一款）目前在兒童的實驗，走的進度是最快的。（前情提要： https://www.facebook.com/100044255342695/posts/367370421414800/?d=n ）

除此以外，台灣目前正在施打的廠牌：莫德納moderna ，也有在進行兒童新冠疫苗的實驗，而且是6個月以上至12歲的族群。

另外台灣也有可能引進的嬌生Janssen （JJ)和諾瓦瓦克斯 Novavax新冠肺炎疫苗，也已經分別已經開始青少年（12歲以上）的實驗了。

至於牛津大學和astra-Zeneca 的AZ(covishield), 在四月份暫時終止了兒童的人體實驗，原因是成人有極罕見的血栓顧慮（大約10萬分之一），進一步什麼時候會再重啟實驗，則有待他們的公布，相信他們應該會繼續實驗。

逐漸看到兒童的希望了，從去年疫情開始期盼到現在，至少有個頭緒了。請各位父母不要灰心，也請跟家中或身邊的長輩討論施打疫苗的事情。
