The last Tacos I made for this marathon 🌮🥘 Birria de Res Tacos Con Consomé - Birria Tacos dipped in Consommé Soup

I was inspired by the recent IG famous Birria Landia Taco Truck in Queens, NY
.
Birria is another Mexican Stew, and people sometimes confuse it with Barbacoa or even Carnitas. For a simple distinguishment, Birria is a spicy Barbacoa, and is chopped Beef, while Carnitas is pulled Pork
.
After being marinated and also stewed with that marinate and the chili mix for few hours, the beef is finely chopped, becoming Birria
.
Birria is usually served with Tacos, including the beef, onion, cilantro, and additionally, cheese. The Tacos are soaked in the Consommé Soup (which is later served together, as a hot dipping soup) and fried for crispiness .
