子宮內膜異位是常見的女性疾病，子宮內膜每個月都會增厚和充血，沒有遇上精子的話就會剝落形成月經，若果子宮內膜意外生長在子宮內膜以外的地方，例如卵巢、腹腔，會慢慢形成深棕紅色的血瘤，所以稱為朱古力瘤。朱古力瘤患者輕則腹痛、月經失調，嚴重會導致不育，少數人甚至出現癌變。

Endometriosis is a common female disease. Every month, the endometrium will thicken and become richer in blood. If it is not fertilized by a sperm, then it will disintegrate. If the endometrium is grown out of its designated areas, for instance, the ovaries and other abdominal cavities, then it will turn into a blood tumor that is dark brown in color. Hence, the name chocolate cyst.

Patients with a chocolate cyst might experience mild abdominal pain and menstrual disorders. In severe cases, it might cause an individual to become infertile. In rarer cases, the chocolate cyst might even become cancerous.

According to Chinese Medicine, endometriosis is a type of pelvic cellulitis, and it is normally caused by visceral disorders, stagnation of the qi and blood, and cold coagulation. What then are the symptoms of the high-risk groups?
☐Severe menstrual pain
☐Period lasts more than 7 days or blood clots are found periodically
☐Large volume of menstrual blood; need to change sanitary pad once every 1 to 2 hours
☐Abdominal pain during intercourse
☐Unable to conceive
☐Never been pregnant
☐Had miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy
☐Family members with the history of endometriosis

You need to be more mindful if you experience three or more symptoms stated above. If needed, consult an obstetrician and gynecologist. Regular checkups are just as important. If an individual is diagnosed with a chocolate cyst, treatment will be customized based on the patient’s age, severity, and her pregnancy plan.

Chinese medicine practitioner, on the other hand, will carry out treatment that relies on Chinese medicine and acupuncture based on the patient’s body constitution.

Jesus Holds Everything Together

Miracles are everywhere.

A week ago, my dentist said very confidently that the front tooth filling he reattached for me would drop out on that same day.

It has lasted seven days and counting. It’s either he was very wrong in his diagnosis, or Jesus is holding it together by His power.

“He is before all things, and in him all things are held together.” (Colossians‬ ‭1:17‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

We must be careful not to always interpret the Scriptures in a figurative way. Like everything just sounds nice and lofty, but not applicable to daily life.

Jesus holds all things together. He is the Vine and we are the branches. He holds every cell in your body together. Apart from Him, you will instantly disintegrate.

He holds my broken tooth and tooth filling together. No, He has already made the whole thing a full, completely restored tooth. This is my declaration.

With all his years of experience, my dentist’s expert diagnosis is overruled by my Dr. Jesus who has the final say.

What do you need Jesus to hold together in your life? Be creative because “in Him all things are held together”.

Jesus holds my body together. My collagen and elastin perfectly hold my skin to be young and beautiful.

Jesus holds my marriage together. My spouse and I are overflowing with love for each other because we are full of His love.

Jesus holds my business together. Every part of the system is perfectly working and there are no gaps or holes in my money sack.

What do you need Him to hold together? Believe and declare that IT is held together because of HIM!

Using the colorful "Fruit Loops" cereal, which is hard to find in Japan, we made a faux cereal bowl that you can eat whole. The gelatin bowl was filled with no-bake cheesecake, which was made to look like milk. Be careful, you can't eat this with a spoon!
*Recipe*
Making a gelatin bowl.
1. Get 2 bowls. Here, we used 18 cm and 15 cm bowls. Coat the inside of the 18 cm bowl and the outside of the 15 cm bowl with vegetable oil.
2. Place 35g gelatin in a microwave-safe container, and bloom it with 80ml of water.
3. Have 120ml of Mizore-flavored shaved ice syrup at room temperature.
4. Heat 2 in a microwave to dissolve. Be careful not to let the mixture come to boil (about 1 - 1.5 minutes in 600w microwave).
5. Gradually add 3 to 4 while mixing.
6. Gradually add 5 to a container with 200ml of room temperature water, mix.
7. Pour 6 into the 18 cm bowl prepared in step 1.
8. Submerge 15 cm bowl in 7, and secure it with a tape.
9. Chill in a refrigerator to solidify for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
10. Dip 9 in warm water for a short period of time, and carefully remove solidified gelatin from the 18 cm bowl.
11. Place a strip of parchment paper in the 18 cm bowl to make it easier to take it out later.
12. Gently replace the gelatin bowl from 10 back into 11, and remove the 15 cm bowl. Keep it in a refrigerator.

Making a no-bake cheesecake.
13. Add 8 g of gelatin in 45 g of water to bloom.
14. Beat the cream cheese, either at room temperature or softened by microwaving for 30 seconds, until smooth.
15. Add 70g sugar, mix.
16. Add 200ml whipping cream, mix.
17. Add 30g lemon juice, mix.
18. Heat 13 in a microwave for 30 seconds, and lightly mix to dissolve completely.
19. Add 18 to 17, and mix.
20. Pour 19 to 12 at once.
21. Insert a spoon, and top with your favorite cereal.
22. Chill in a refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
23. Finished! When you cut into the cake, the bowl will disintegrate in all directions. Be careful!

日本では手に入れにくいカラフルな“FROOT LOOPS” を使って、ボウルごと食べられる、なんちゃってシリアルボウル作りました。ゼリーで作ったボウルの中には牛乳に見立てたレアチーズケーキを入れてみました。スプーンは食べられないのでご注意ください。

*レシピ*
ゼリーのボウルを作ります
１．ボウルを2つ用意する。今回、直径18センチと15センチのボウルを使いました。18センチのボウルの内側と15センチのボウルの外側にサラダ油を薄く塗っておく。
２．耐熱容器にゼラチン 35gを入れ、80mlの水でしとらせておく。
３．常温のみぞれ味のかき氷シロップ 120mlを準備する。
４．２を電子レンジで沸騰させないように加熱しゼラチンを溶かす。（600wで1分～1分30秒程度）
５．４に３少しずつ入れ、混ぜる。
６．常温の水 200mlに５を少しずつ入れ、混ぜる。
７．１の18センチのボウルに６を流し込む。
８．７に15センチのボウルを沈め、テープなどで留める。
９．冷蔵庫で30分～1時間、冷やし固める。
１０．９を型ごと湯に短時間つけ、18センチのボウルからゼリーを丁寧に取り出す。
１１．18センチのボウルに取り出しやすくするための帯状に切ったオーブンシートをセットする。
１２．１０のゼリーを１１にそっと戻し、１５センチのボウルも外す。冷蔵庫に入れておく。

レアチーズケーキを作ります
１３．水 45gに粉ゼラチン 8gをふり入れて、ふやかしておく。
１４．室温に戻すか、電子レンジで約30秒加熱してやわらかくしたクリームチーズをなめらかになるまで混ぜる。
１５．砂糖 70gを入れ、混ぜる。
１６．生クリーム 200mlを加え、混ぜる。
１７．レモン汁 30gを加え混ぜる。
１８．１３を電子レンジで30秒加熱し、軽くかき混ぜて完全に溶かす。
１９．１７に１８を加え混ぜる。
２０．１２に１９を一気に流し入れる。
２１．スプーンを差し込み、お好みのシリアルをのせる。
２２．冷蔵庫で2～3時間冷やす。
２３．でけた。切り分けると徐々にボウルが四方に崩壊していきます。ご注意ください。
