    先說我沒有指控檳榔是中國網軍，我只覺得他親中，到什麼程度我不知道。除了中國網軍，我們必須認清本國政治人物的發言。

    檳榔很多說法是一種認知戰，目的就是營造政府無能的印象。隨便舉例不能追求零確診的目標，只知防守是打不贏的，要地方自己買疫苗要先講，上千人的疫調絕對不可能做。這些句子單獨來看都很合理，但是沒有一件是中央的政策。

    他成功在支持者間營造了一種中央犯錯的印象，卻沒說這些就是中央的錯誤政策因為通通都不是。在網路時代多數人不細究也不浪費時間想三十秒，只要暗示政府沒做好立刻要覺得他說的有道理。

    有個很合宜的單字 devious. Devious people or plans and methods are dishonest, often in a complicated way, but often also clever and successful.

    例 The mayor is a devious politician.
