#日本ファルコムが発売した98版アクションRPG('88年)からの移植。移植はビクター音楽産業('92年)が行った。
オリジナルのアニメOP・EDの追加、オリジナルシナリオ3本の追加、メッセージの漢字混じり表示、声優によるボイス音声追加等の変更点がある。前述した新シナリオに98版からのオリジナルシナリオ７本を加えた10本の構成。

BGMは一部の曲を除き、川井氏によるアレンジ曲と新規楽曲がCD-DAで収録、奈雲氏はBEAUTIFUL DAYのみ編曲。
