    [降低風險不槓桿用債基收8%息、保費融資同保單抵押有咩分別? ]

    本人是41歲的家庭主婦，在股票市場輸近百萬元，現在聽到股票2字都驚，以後都唔敢接觸、之前已收讀收息101及103，丈夫42歲，低收入人士，人工只有$30000，育有2名孩子，沒有物業，每月租金支出13000，全家保險每月$4500，扣除所有開支基本上冇可能儲錢，連出街吃一餐飯都有壓力！短時期暫時未能買樓，希望可以使用收息班所學的債基賺取每月被動收人，至少夠交租！改善生活壓力，現希望諗sir指點迷津，救救我們

    尋日已答讀者應買返間荃灣樓，亦都唔需對股票死心，佢只錯用股票及不知豺狼當道，40歲先中招，咁就無奈輸百萬。所以話投資要趁早，你如22歲輸下股票，無問題既。一般都係輸十萬八萬，保你往後唔再輸大錢。至於有些人永遠唔想輸，此屬井底蛙之見。強如Edison(我指發明電燈個位)及今時Elon(Tesla老細)，都係失敗n次，換來1次成功。

    40歲人如對股市不夠熟悉，買債收息為好方略。先講買債係發唔到達，此為缺點，在收息101課開題已講。然而直債可到期保本，債基不保本但每月100萬投入派成8k-20k/月，視乎你風險承受力更可隨時放，那一生人供滿間樓仔再儲到200-300萬，表示學識用債能為你提供25k-60k之月入退休，自住居所又供滿，那起碼老年有個保障。

    保險明顯要cut，雖然除開夫婦每人月供2千幾唔過份，但既然普通生活都有問題，那不如只keep份term life及醫療。咁做相信每人月供1000都夠，即每月可省回2500夠佢每日有多$100開飯。排次序，明顯住院現金、危疾、儲蓄人壽都唔係必要。至於諗sir上堂教既保費融資，好多經紀撈左十年都未必賣過。

    至於保費融資同保單抵押有咩分別? 幾時用邊個? 不妨你去考考你個保險經紀，當佢sell你買儲蓄保都可以「走資」既時候。台底方法唔講，其實買份保險真係等於你係加拿大個邊有舊錢? 諗sir都老啦，係時候跟後生學習一下。

    其實13k月租都仲可以壓宿，大把洋樓租10k仲係兩房有lift，又省3k。一個月轉租洋樓又cut保險至少省5k，趁40歲仲有精神夜晚去撈下part time每個月又執6-7k，一個月可儲多10k。加上250萬可將一半投入債基即120萬月收約10k息，一個月即儲多了20k，捱2年就夠首期買樓打番上去，到時正正常常45歲住間兩房重新開始，仲有15年比佢儲錢準備退休。

    諗sir係唔會為佣叫你全250萬投入債基，只有銀行才會叫你多買多收息，更叫你做盡槓桿再買多點。至於保險經紀就會叫你快為退休籌劃，開份15-20年既儲蓄plan，原有既保險唔好cut。

    當然，讀者唔可以怪人，更幸好仲有200-300萬淨。唔知佢係咪年輕不夠努力? 令人惋惜。事業未有成下又重注股票，此等行為社會當然有回應。

    🌱美國環境保護局：
    0.10 微克/公斤體重/日（Ref 1）
    🌱美國毒性物質及疾病登記署：
    0.30 微克/公斤體重/日（Ref 2）
    🌱世界衛生組織食品添加物及汙染物聯合專家委員會：
    0.23 微克/公斤體重/日（Ref 3）
    🌱加拿大化學品安全局：

    👉範例👈

    以安全劑量中庸的0.20微克/公斤體重/日來舉例，
    體重60公斤的成人每日最高汞安全攝取量為12微克，
    若吃鮭魚可以吃545公克；
    若吃鯖魚可以吃240公克；
    若吃鱈魚可以吃108公克；
    若吃鮪魚可以吃31公克。
    （以上均指新鮮魚類非罐頭）

    看到鮪魚只能吃31公克可能會驚訝：
    那啟不是隨便吃幾片生魚片就超過了！？

    別擔心，
    只要別一週內天天吃就不會有太大問題喔！

    ❤️美國心臟協會（AHA）建議（Ref 5）：
    每週吃至少2份新鮮魚類（特別是富含w-3脂肪酸的魚）。
    而他們對於一份的定義為：
    3.5盎司（約109公克）煮過的魚或3/4杯片狀魚。
    避免汞含量高的魚類。

    🐠大型魚的汞含量比較高！
    由於重金屬會累積，
    通常越大型的魚類在食物鏈的較頂端，
    汞含量就會比較高。
    但看這個表格會很驚訝地發現鮭魚的汞含量比鯖魚低，
    仔細看會發現鯖魚他有標示"大西洋"所以是海撈的鯖魚，
    但鮭魚沒有標示來源，猜測應該是養殖的鮭魚，
    所以才會導致這樣的結果。
    而比鯖魚跟鮭魚更大隻的鮪魚目前較少養殖，
    大部分是捕撈的所以汞含量的確較高！
