SM sets a certain expectation from society that can be overwhelming for many, that causes demotivation. Tbh, certain days, I don’t feel like working out at all. But I keep telling myself, if I don’t do something, the goal I’m after, isn’t going to come to me. I won’t wake up tomorrow with abs, I won’t wake up tomorrow with the physique of my dreams ✌🏼 - 99% of us are demotivated. Motivation, is a habit. Build a habit for yourself and the motivation will come. If you don’t make the good things a habit, and expect good results, you’re just a time waster. I know what I have to say may be a little harsh but sometimes, the truth, is not an easy thing to hear. You only have one live to live. There’s a strong difference between the person you are and the person you’re meant to be. If you live your daily life expecting and waiting, the person you’re destined to be, will not come as easily to you. You may not even live the day to experience that version of you. Who knows 🦋 - So stop wasting another day, stop wasting your life. Live it the way you are supposed to. Be kinder, be bolder, be more outgoing. Do something spontaneous. Do you find it more productive to work from home or work in office? I find it so interesting that I assume everyone loves work from home but turns out some said it gives them more anxiety and demotivation. Guess everyone is different. At the end of the day, gotta choose what works best for you and no one should judge.

Im happy and proud of myself. I dont know what got into me lately. But i put in effort to do something i was sooo lazyyy to do before and still is sometimes. Remember Hani... Progress takes time. Along the way there will be pain, paired with laziness, uninspired moments and sometmes demotivation. But i pulled through and discovered alot of new things about myself and new knowledge about running while enjoying the beauty of nature. I am telling myself to keep going, don't stop. My goal is to run comfortably and it's up to me to decide to run a marathon or not. For now thats not my goal.
