Our first day in Amman was dedicated to visiting the Maqam’s of the various prophets and Sahaaba in Amman. - We started at the As-Habul Kahf (cave of the seven sleepers) - At the time of the Roman King Daqyanoos (Decius) there were very few people that believed in الله. A group of youth believed in الله and went against the king and this angered him very much thus he wanted them to be killed. In fear, the youth escaped and took shelter in a cave in which they slept. With the power of الله they slept for 309 years. When they woke up, the leader of them asked how long they slept for, they said maybe a day or so. The leader said okay and left the cave to get food from the market place, in the market he paid using the coins that were used back then.An old man recognized this coins and was amazed, the king present also believed in this miracle and when they passed away they were buried in the same cave. - Some people say that this cave is in Turkey too, only الله knows 🙈 #ashabulkahf#ammanjordan#tourist#instablogger#instatravel#instatraveller#acclaimedfreenz#history#sevensleeperscave

“dan oleh kerana kamu telah mengasingkan diri dari mereka dan dari apa yang mereka sembah selain Allah سبحانه وتعالى, maka pergilah kamu berlindung di gua itu, supaya Tuhan kamu melimpahkan dari rahmat-Nya kepada kamu dan menyediakan kemudahan-kemudahan untuk menjayakan urusan kamu dengan memberi bantuan yang berguna.” (Surah Al-Kahfi; Ayat 16) inilah dia gua persembunyian 7 orang sahabat yang beriman kepada Allah SWT yang tidak mahu tunduk kepada arahan raja Diqyanus (Decius) agar mereka murtad .. letaknya di Abu Alanda 7km dari bandar Amman, Jordan.. sedikit tentang peristiwa ini, dalam persembunyian 7 sahabat ini tetap beriman dan percaya akan Allah.. dan dikisahkan ketika mereka letih mereka ditidurkan selama 309 tahun tanpa rosak jasad dan tubuh mereka.. details tentang peristiwa ini tak sukar dibaca atau digoogle.. nak tak nak je.. namun apa yang menariknya tentang 7 sahabat ini betapa beruntungnya mereka dipelihara imannya dan diberi rahmat ke atas mereka. ketika dibangunkan mereka telah berada dizaman pemerintahan raja yang beriman kepada Allah SWT namun masih ada yang ragu2 akan hari kiamat.. maka surah alkahfi ini jugalah yang menerangkan akan kekuasaan Allah.. (sila rujuk kisah sebenar) al fatihah untuk 7 sahabat ini.. moga kita juga bakal menjadi orang beriman.. in shaallah #catatansangtetamu
