排骨Pork ribs(1 1/2磅lb)(680克g)
混合醬汁Sauce mix：
草菇老抽Mushroom Flavour Soy saice(1/2茶匙)
玫瑰露酒Mei Kuei Lu chiew(1/4杯cup)
叉燒醬Char Siu sauce(2湯匙Tbsp)
糖Sugar(3湯匙Tsp)
胡椒粉White pepper(1/4茶匙)
溝勻混合醬汁之後倒出一半, 再加1/4杯水
Decanted half from sauce mix then add 1/4cup water

At Entier French Dining, ingredients are fresh and flavours are exciting. It’s not as pricey compared to a lot of French restaurants in its league and ambiance is good.
The only thing I'd nitpick about is the part where my bottle of French wine wasn't decanted (should be standard practice) until I asked. 🤷🏻♀️
