ใครที่กำลังกังวลว่าจะต้องเจอกับปัญหาการโกงเกมเหมือนอย่างภาคที่ผ่าน ๆ มา ล่าสุดทีมงาน DICE ก็ออกมาให้ความมั่นใจว่า Battlefield 2042 จะมีมาตรการรับมือที่ดีขึ้นกว่าเดิม

สำหรับเกมภาคนี้ จะเลือกใช้ Easy-Anti Cheat (EAC) เป็นเครื่องมือในการตรวจจับผู้เล่นโกง ซึ่งเคยถูกใช้มาแล้วกับหลายเกมดังอย่าง Apex Legends, Dead by Daylight, SCUM และอีกมากมาย

โดยหากระบบสามารถตรวจจับผู้เล่นโกงได้ ก็จะถูกตัดออกทันทีในระหว่างแมตช์ และบัญชีจะถูกแบนจากทุก ๆ แพลตฟอร์ม

นอกจากนี้ DICE ก็เผยว่าภายในเกมจะมีระบบรายงานผู้เล่นที่ใช้ได้สะดวกขึ้นกว่าเดิม ซึ่งก็ต้องรอดูในช่วง Open Beta กันอีกครั้งว่าจะมีหน้าตาเป็นอย่างไร

Battlefield 2042 จะเปิดให้ทดลองเล่นได้ในวันที่ 6 – 7 ตุลาคมสำหรับผู้ที่สั่งซื้อตัวเกมไว้ล่วงหน้า หรือเป็นสมาชิกของ EA Play และเปิดให้เล่นได้ทุกคนในวันที่ 8 – 9 ตุลาคมนี้
