有消息指英國將實施第二次lockdown，
最新消息：

- 昨天英國全國確診人數為4,322人，乃本年5月8日後新高

- 由疫情開始至今，英國總確診人為385,936宗

- 英國政府宣佈，不排除再實行強度防疫措施

- 5份1人口，即1,350萬人，需要準備9/22星期二的新措施，包括：(England) Merseyside, Warrington, Halton,Lancshire, Fradford, Kirlees, Calderdale, Wolverhampton, Oadby, Wigston, Northumberland, Newcastle, Sunderland, North and South Tyneside, Gateshead, Durham, Birmingham, Solihull, Sandwell, Manchester, Bolton, Oldham, Blackburn, Darwen, Pendle, Leicester; (Scotland) Glasgow, East Renfrewshire, Renfewshire, East Dunbartonshire, West Dunbartonshire, South Lanarkshire; (Wales) Rhondda Cynon Taf, Caerphilly; (North Ireland) Ballymena town, Belfast council.

- 至於倫敦，現時情況是「愈來愈可能」’increasingly likely’ 要lockdown，亦即暫時不列入9/22 lockdown地區之列

- 倫敦在過去7日的感染數字，由之前的每10萬人18.8人，增加至每分10萬人25人，故此需要格外留神

[追病毒日記]九月4日週五/英國閉關第165天

在鄉間玩耍一個月後我回到倫敦了！
首相和議員們八月放假九月也回國會上班了

來檢視一下這幾週的疫情與防疫措施有什麼動態：

1.防疫措施
英格蘭🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿大部分的防疫措施和八月15日政府公布的差不多，大致上是👉👉👉

✅大部分商業活動在可以維持安全距離的情況下已恢復營業

⛔️夜店與舞廳還在等開放營業的訊號

⛔️球賽、貿易展會等大型聚會活動，希望10月起在符合防疫措施的情況下恢復開放

⚠️違反措施的罰款加劇，最高可達1萬鎊。

2.區域性限制措施進行中

有幾個地區因為傳染率比較高，防疫措施不鬆弛反而緊縮，但是內容各地不同，細節請自行查詢政府官方網。這些地區是👉👉👉

⚠️列斯特市 Leicester，英格蘭在八月15日開放營業的項目仍然禁止，九月11日會重審。

⚠️大曼城地區和西約克郡的部分地區，以及Preston，禁止訪友或在家聚會。

⚠️北安普頓 Northampton 的Greencore 食品工廠從業員家庭需居家隔離。

⚠️Blackburn with Darwen, Oldham, Pendle (位在蘭開郡Lancashire的工業地區，這區域我實在很不熟...有人住過這一帶的達人嗎？）


以上地區

✅旅行與民生基本商業活動在符合防疫措施的情況下可以進行

⛔️英格蘭在八月15日開放營業的項目在這些地區仍然禁止

⛔️甚至加碼，某些地區健身房、泳池、近距離接觸美容業仍不能營業

⛔️或是禁止訪視親友
