大家怎麼挑選洗頭產品？我理想中的洗髮用品不只可以去除頭皮和頭髮的油垢跟髒污，也可以讓頭髮不打結、不毛躁，感覺很舒爽輕盈。然而，要是用到不適合的洗髮精洗頭的話，頭皮會癢、容易出油、有頭皮屑、很毛躁，甚至髮際線、頭皮跟後背也會有痘痘或毛囊炎，這樣就得趕快換掉才行！

💈頭皮健康的重要性？
想要有烏黑亮麗的秀髮就要有健康的頭皮！如果你有頭皮屑、脂漏性皮膚炎、異位性皮膚炎或是乾癬，頭髮最外面的毛麟片(hair cuticle)會出現凹洞、變得粗糙、僵硬、失去光澤、頭髮容易斷裂。

💈一週洗頭應該要幾次？天天洗頭好嗎？
其實沒有一定的標準，跟你頭髮的油膩、髒污程度、長度、習慣有關。我的頭皮比較會出油，所以我天天洗頭。以前值班不能洗頭，隔天頭髮看起來就很悲劇，整個人很阿雜。如果你頭皮不太出油、也不會很髒，兩、三天洗一次也沒關係。有些人擔心天天洗頭對會不會傷害頭髮，其實不會！現在的洗髮產品經過改良，不會影響髮基質的細胞分裂，而且也可以降低梳頭髮時候的阻力，減少掉髮跟頭髮斷裂。甚至有學者研究東方人的洗頭次數，發現一週洗頭5~6次的滿意度最高，他們的髮質也沒有因為常洗頭而受到傷害。

💈泡泡多才洗得乾淨？
泡泡多寡跟洗淨力無關！泡泡多可以讓清潔產品比較好分佈在頭皮和頭髮，再來就是滿足消費者的爽感而已，像外子這樣。
我「你要不要試試新的洗髮產品？」
外子「會香嗎？泡泡多不多？」
我「泡泡很少也沒什麼味道。」
外子「那我不要！」
頭皮的油脂也會減少泡泡的生成，所以洗頭洗第二次的泡泡會比較多。

這次使用Dermaviduals德妍思的新產品，甦新純淨髮餅跟頭皮甦新淨化露，主要針對頭皮的護理，使用SCI(Sodium cocoyl isethionate)溫和潔淨配方，降低對頭皮的刺激性，不使用高起泡界面活性劑跟涼感劑，並且添加DMS角質修護成分，所有髮質都適用。我的頭皮容易出油，但是不太有頭皮屑、痘痘或是毛囊炎的問題，挑選洗髮產品的重點：頭髮柔順不毛躁，不能讓我的頭皮變油、變癢、頭皮屑變多或是出現痘痘跟毛囊炎。

#甦新純淨髮餅
聞起來沒有味道我可以接受，因為之前用過太香的洗髮精結果頭皮很癢，後來洗髮用品香不香就不是我的重點了！
雖然號稱有牛奶般細緻泡沫，但手上的泡沫弄到頭上就感覺不太到了(照片根本看不出來有起泡吧XD)。本來擔心用髮餅洗頭會太乾，但沖水的時候頭髮卻出乎意料的滑順！我沒有使用潤髮乳的習慣，卻有用了潤髮乳的感覺，而且頭髮好梳理不打結，也有減少掉髮的數量。
我每天使用，使用兩個多禮拜，沒有出現頭皮變油、變癢、頭皮屑變多或是毛囊炎，而且頭髮可以蓬鬆一整天，我個人很蠻喜歡的！

#頭皮甦新淨化露
聞起來有種柑橘的香味，跟髮餅比起來幾乎沒有泡沫，沖水時候的頭髮滑順度不如髮餅，但是頭髮吹乾依舊是好梳理不打結，摸起來比較乾爽，也有減少掉髮的數量。
我一週使用三次，使用兩個星期，同樣也是沒有出現頭皮變油、變癢、頭皮屑變多或是毛囊炎，而且頭髮可以蓬鬆一整天。不過跟髮餅比起來更沒有泡沫，用量需要多一些才能讓整個頭都均勻洗到。

這次體驗的心得是兩個產品都表現不錯，不過我還是比較喜歡有泡泡跟頭髮滑順的感覺，所以會繼續使用甦新純淨髮餅！有興趣的朋友可以到官網參考一下！

Hello! Do you get your nails done or do them yourself? I've never been good at doing nails because my mom does nails, so I was spoiled until I moved out ? But with the extra time at home during quarantine last year and all salons closed, I finally decided to buy a kit to try doing my own #diynails!
