台北的家有兩台大同電鍋，香港有一台從台灣帶來的大同，現考慮要不要香港再買一台大同還是買一台韓國Cuchen或Cuckoo，or 日本🇯🇵品牌的電鍋。不過日本牌子又分Made in Japan 跟 Made in China/Malaysia/Philippines。當然日本製最貴（東芝有七千多到一萬多港幣！）現po的這三款價位一千多到三千多港幣，從設計角度來說，我比較欣賞第三款大陸製的Panasonic，較不佔空間，電子感應，沒有泡泡鍵，價錢一千三百多港幣就可以帶回家。小米我也滿喜歡，超親民的價格，500塊港幣而已，但內鍋有點不盡理想。買電飯煲真是一門學問........各位瘋友，請繼續指點迷津......

#簡易食譜 #韓國菜 #梅花肉

今年首爾的冬天特別冷，不知已下了幾多場雪了。日間的溫度只有負十五度，晚上更接近負二十度，在這個寒冷的天氣，吃米飯好像會更耐寒，所以做一個辣炒豬肉來下飯。

做辣炒豬肉這個菜大部份時候也用豬腩薄片，但我較喜歡吃肥肉和瘦肉適中的梅頭肉。

豬肉的兩邊有微微的焦香，醬汁甜甜辣辣真的很下飯。還有就是十五分鐘便做好了。

材料/

豬肉梅頭肉或五花腩肉薄片200克
洋蔥1/4個
芝麻葉五塊（作伴菜用，可略）
京蔥1/4條（綠色部份）
芝麻半湯匙

豬肉調味料/
蒜蓉半湯匙
薑半茶匙
糖半湯匙
蠔油半茶匙
食用酒一茶匙
芝麻油半湯匙
黑椒碎少許
辣椒粉一茶匙 （不吃辣的可略）

醬汁/
醬油一湯匙
辣椒醬一湯匙
蜜糖一湯匙
梅子酒/韓國食用酒一湯匙
黑椒碎少量
糖兩茶匙
